Following the success of Connect for Phone working with Zoom, we are delighted to announce that the much requested version for Microsoft Teams is being tested.

• Incoming calls will automatically open the matching iMIS profile
• Outgoing calls can be made from iMIS profile pages
• Call timestamps, duration, a reason code and whether it was incoming or outgoing will be saved in iMIS against the contact to help build engagement
